An award-winning startup attorney with more than a decade of legal and business consulting experience, Sankeetha Selvarajah has served as outside general legal counsel to hundreds of small businesses and has worked with startups as an advisor, strategist, and as an occasional therapist. Currently, Sankeetha serves as managing attorney of the civil transactional firm, Selvarajah Law P.C. and as chief executive officer of BiztoCo, a business educational platform designed to create profitable CEOs.

Although Sankeetha’s primary roles are strategic advisor to clients and liaison to outside vendors, she also offers corporate governance and advisory board services. Sankeetha specializes in assisting small businesses from incorporation to exit mergers & acquisition sales. Her clients include various food industry companies as well as businesses within the retail, technology, real estate, and manufacturing sectors.

Sankeetha is also passionate about her role at BiztoCo, a national business educational platform. Designed to assist small businesses and startup founders, the platform utilizes subject-specific seminars and corporate coaching to guide business owners through short to long-term strategic planning. Sankeetha and her team also train CEOs via online classes and provide consulting services relating to everyday business matters.
