Vera Fedoroff

 

Vera Fedoroff is not only a woman who has succeeded within a male-driven specialty, but she is a pioneer in the legal industry as the only female board-certified consumer bankruptcy lawyer in New Jersey. In fact, only 8 other certified consumer bankruptcy attorneys exist within the entire state. At the Fedoroff Firm in Monmouth County, Vera specializes not only in bankruptcy and real estate but in building personalized, trusting relationships with her clients.

As bankruptcy is typically a high volume, paralegal-driven business, Vera strives to make her client’s experience different, by making herself personally accessible.  By doing this, clients are always able to speak with her and she can give them one-on-one attention throughout their case. Prior to establishing her own firm in 2016, Vera worked as a partner with a reputable New Jersey firm for over 18 years, where she gained a plethora of valuable experience in every aspect of bankruptcy and real estate law. Her previous employer was a bankruptcy trustee, so she learned to be meticulous in her field and gained a unique perspective that continues to benefit her clients. 

 

Vera was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1996 and in the State of New York in 1997. In 2018, she was listed as one of the 11 Top Bankruptcy Lawyers in Monmouth Health and Life Magazine, once again, being the only female to be named.
